Your itinerary for Torres del Paine and the Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales area sounds spectacular! Here's a detailed program, based on your proposal, for each day. This program seeks to maximize your time in each place while enjoying the main attractions:
Day 1: Arrival in Punta Arenas and Transfer to Puerto Natales
Tomorrow: Flight Santiago - Punta Arenas
Departure from Santiago early in the morning in flight to Punta Arenas (approximately 3 hours).
Arrive to Punta Arenas: Upon your arrival, you will be received by a guide or driver who will take you to perform the city tour by the city.
City Tour in Punta Arenas:
Plaza de Armas: The tour begins in the Plaza de Armas of Punta Arenas, where you can admire the local architecture and know the history of the city.
Kiosko Roca: A historic place famous for its architecture, ideal for a short stop.
Coast of Punta Arenas: A walk along the seaside to enjoy views of the Strait of Magallanes and the surroundings. Take some photos of the majestic landscapes.
Fuerte Bulnes: Visit to Fort Bulnes, located about 60 km from the city. This is a key historical point of Chilean colonization in the region.
Lunch in Punta Arenas: Enjoy a typical meal in one of the local restaurants, testing dishes such as the Patagonian lamb or fresh seafood.
Transfer to Puerto Natales: After lunch, you will take a bus or private transfer that will take you to Puerto Natales (approximately 2 hours trip).
Arrival in Puerto Natales and accommodation.
Day 2: Full Day Tour to Torres del Paine
Early departure to Torres del Paine: In the morning, after breakfast, you will leave for Torres del Paine National Park (approximately 1.5 hours of travel from Puerto Natales).
Park Viewers:
Sarmiento Viewer: Your first stop will be at this viewpoint, which offers spectacular views of the Cordillera Paine and Lake Sarmiento.
Salto Grande del Paine: Then you will continue towards Salto Grande, an impressive waterfall where the waters of Lake Nordenskjöld fall into a cannon.
Viewer Base Cuernos: From here, you will enjoy a unique view of the Cuernos del Paine whose rock formations stand out in the landscape.
Lunch in the Park: You can take advantage of lunch in one of the shelters or, if you prefer, have a picnic in some designated area, always with a view to nature.
Return to Puerto Natales: In the middle of the afternoon, you will begin the return to Puerto Natales to rest after this day of exploration.
Day 3: Milodon Cave and Navigation in Lake Grey
Morning: Cave of the Milodon:
After breakfast, you will head for the Cave of the Milodon, one of the best known attractions near Puerto Natales. Here was discovered a fossil of a prehistoric animal who lived in the area. You can go through the park and learn about the fauna that inhabited the region in remote times.
Afternoon: Navigation Lake Grey:
In the afternoon, you will take a tour of the Lake Grey, one of Torres del Paine's main attractions. The tour will take you close to Glaciar Grey where you can observe impressive icebergs floating in the lake and the glacier itself.
Navigation usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours and is a unique experience to enjoy Patagonia from the water.
Return to Puerto Natales: After the navigation, you will return to Puerto Natales to spend the night.
Day 4: Full Day in Puerto Natales and Laguna Sofia
Morning: Tour of Puerto Natales:
The day begins with a tour of the city of Puerto Natales including Plaza de Armas, and if you are interested, visit some of the local museums or crafts shops.
Afternoon: Tour to Laguna Sofia:
In the afternoon, you will be on an excursion to the Laguna Sofia, a place surrounded by mountains, forests and fauna. The tour will take you through one of the less traveled routes, so it is ideal for those who seek peace and direct contact with nature.
Here you can enjoy a relaxing walk and observe local birds and other species that inhabit the area.
Return to Puerto Natales: You go back to the city to rest and enjoy a quiet dinner.
Day 5: Return to Punta Arenas and Final Tour
Morning: Transfer to Punta Arenas:
In the morning, you will take a bus or transfer to return to Punta Arenas (approximately 2 hours trip).
Tour of Punta Arenas:
Punta Arenas Cemetery: He makes a visit to the famous cemetery, which is known for its architecture and the mausoleums of historical families. It is a place of great cultural interest.
Free Zone of Punta Arenas: If you are interested in shopping, you can visit the free zone, where you will find tax-free products, especially electronic and clothing.
Lunch in Punta Arenas: Enjoy a final lunch in the city before heading to the airport.
Flight back:
In the afternoon or night, you will take the flight back to Santiago.

Book in advance: As the activities are quite popular in the region, make sure you book your accommodation, excursions and transport in advance, especially if you travel in high season (November to March).
Climate: The climate in Patagonia is very changing, so wear waterproof, warm and comfortable clothes for the walks.
